* 才 = sai = years old
* 地球 = chikyuu = earth

* の = no = possessive
* 都 = miyako = capital
* おひめさま = princess? honorific?

月の女帝になる資格を得るため、
* 女帝 = furigana says "じょおう" BUT jisho.org says it should be "じょてい" that "じょおう" = 女王 AND my computer agrees. It doesn't matter though, it all means queen, empress.

* 資格 = しかく = requirements, qualifications
